Below are answers to a few questions that may help as you plan for the weekend.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail or semi-formal attire is recommended.

For Saturday July 31st, we encourage comfortable shoes suitable for grass and bringing a light layer for the evening, since portions of the celebration will take place outdoors,
What happens if it rains?
It is highly unlikely for Seattle to have heavy rain in the summer. Our reception will take place rain or shine. Covered areas will be available if needed, so please come prepared to celebrate regardless of the weather.
Are children invited?
Yes, children are welcome to join the celebration! We kindly ask that children remain accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, particularly during our Saturday reception.

Please note that at our Friday venue, children are not permitted on the porch area. We appreciate your help in ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort throughout the weekend.
Is parking available at the venues?
Yes. Complimentary parking will be available for guests at both our Friday venue and Saturday venye. Signage will guide you upon arrival.
Should we arrange transportation?
Guests are welcome to drive or use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. We are also happy to arrange bus transportation from Seattle to the venues if there is sufficient interest.

If you would like to use this transportation option, please indicate this in the RSVP form so we can plan accordingly.

For guests who plan to enjoy the bar, we encourage arranging transportation in advance.
When should we RSVP?
Please RSVP by June 1, 2026 so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors. We will reach out to you again in late spring 2027 to confirm final attendance.​
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Of course. Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence at our reception means the world to us. In place of a traditional registry, we warmly welcome cards, notes, or shared memories that we can cherish for years to come.
Are there events on multiple days?
Yes! Our celebration will take place over the course of a weekend. Please visit the Schedule page for a full list of events and times.
What should we do while visiting Seattle?
